“I first met Donna April 2016 when I texted online that I wanted to see a property in Murphy creek. It was a Sunday and she had never met me but she dropped everything and met me there. The property wasn't right for me and I explained that I needed to sell my mothers property before we could buy I told her the property was 75 miles northeast of Denver.
